The Clean Dream quest in Arc Raiders is the one that made me stop sprinting past “boring” utility rooms like they were empty closets. Since the December Cold Snap patch, Apollo's mid-game job sends you into Spaceport and The Blue Gate, and the payout is actually worth the sweat: one Deadline, three Showstoppers, and three Heavy Fuze Grenades. If you're checking prices or planning a loadout around ARC Raiders Items before you risk a run, fair enough. The short version: do Spaceport first, then The Blue Gate, and don't start an Expedition before turning it in.

You can't freestyle this one. The Clean Dream quest asks for four main beats, and they need to happen in order: search four containers in the Spaceport underground, monitor the filtration system there, monitor the purification system at The Blue Gate, then photograph the blueprints in the bunker office. I burned through a raid looking in the wrong layer of the map the first time, which felt great, obviously. Switch your map layer when you're dealing with tunnels or bunkers, because the default map loves hiding the stuff you actually need.

Start under the Launch Tower at Spaceport, in the Underground Tunnels. You need to search four containers, but don't overthink the word “container.” Cabinets on the raised walkway count, random interactable boxes count, and breachable vehicles on the main path can count too. Weirdly, you can still get credit even if another Raider already popped them open in that session, so don't leave just because the place looks picked clean.
After that, look for the big green water tank set against the far wall in the central tunnel area. That's the filtration system prompt, the same machine tied to Switching the Supply. Loot down there is usually mid at best, so I treat this phase like a chore run: cheap armor, quiet gun, get in, click the thing, get out. No hero plays unless someone really asks for it with bad positioning.

The Blue Gate part is tucked inside the Maintenance Bunker, and the entrance is easy to miss if you're moving too fast. Look just outside the Overlook Airshaft exit for a small hatch with a ladder dropping into the ground. Go down, take the stairs into the main room, and you'll see two huge water tanks side by side. Interact with the prompt there to monitor the purification system.
Don't extract yet. Head up to the walkway and into the office area, then pull out your in-game camera and photograph the blueprints sitting on top of the desk. Not gonna lie, this is the kind of objective that makes half the squad ask, “Wait, we have a camera?” Once the photo registers, Apollo's quest is basically done, assuming you survive the trip home. That tracks for Arc Raiders: the hard part is rarely the button press, it's the three minutes after.

Cold Snap and Riven Tides pushed Arc Raiders up to exactly 100 vendor missions from people like Apollo, Shani, Celeste, and Lance, and the quest log is now the real tutorial for the maps. Finishing The Clean Dream unlocks higher-tier chains like Outstanding Balance, so skipping it slows your whole mid-game grind. But here's the thing though: Expedition resets wipe quest progress along with gear and upgrades, so no shot I'd retire a Raider with The Major's Footlocker nearly done or a Hullcracker blueprint still in my bag. For related chores, Lance's Medical Merchandise wants Medical Containers in Spaceport's Departure Building exam rooms, Buried City Hospital, and the Dam Battlegrounds Research and Administration medical room. Rusted Gears show up most in industrial junk around Dam Battlegrounds, while Industrial Batteries tend to pop near Rocket Assembly or the Electrical Substation south of Spaceport.

Riven Tides also added chains like Line in the Sand after Last Entry, Battening Down after Off the Radar, Industrial Espionage near the Buried City Outskirts Gas Station, and Power Out at that same Spaceport-side Electrical Substation. Some skill point refund and quest reward reports are still messy after updates, so take tracker data with a grain of salt and check your triggers before a wipe. If you'd rather save time on the grind, U4GM is a common place players look for game currency or item services, but I'd still finish quest-locked rewards yourself because Apollo's chain teaches routes you'll reuse later.
